It manages the development of strategic sponsorship programs and produces custom events for brands.

As of the end of 2021, Live Nation owned, operated, or leased 165 entertainment venues in North America and 94 internationally.

The company, originally named Live Nation, Inc., changed its name to Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. in January 2010 following a rebranding.

It was incorporated in 2005 and is based in Beverly Hills, California.
