  • Communications: Offers wireless voice and data communications services; sells handsets, wireless data cards, wireless computing devices, and accessories through company-owned stores, agents, and third-party retail stores. Also provides data, voice, security, cloud solutions, outsourcing, managed and professional services, and customer premises equipment to multinational corporations, small and mid-sized businesses, government, and wholesale customers. In addition, offers broadband fiber and legacy telephony voice services to residential customers. Services and products are marketed under the AT&T, Cricket, AT&T PREPAID, and AT&T Fiber brand names.

  • Latin America: Provides wireless services in Mexico and video services in Latin America, marketed under the AT&T and Unefon brand names.

AT&T Inc. was formerly known as SBC Communications Inc. and changed its name to AT&T Inc. in 2005.

The company was incorporated in 1983 and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
